On April 9, 2026 morning, at Hanoi Financial and Banking University, the Opening Ceremony of the Cultural and Sports Exchange Festival among universities and academies of the Association of Russian–Vietnamese Economic Universities officially took place in a formal, vibrant, and internationally connected atmosphere.
The event served as a meaningful activity to strengthen cooperation and exchange among member educational institutions, while also creating a platform for connecting Vietnamese and Russian students in various fields such as culture, sports, and academics.
The program was attended by representatives of universities and academies, lecturers, and a large number of domestic and international students. The participation of member institutions contributed to creating a diverse environment rich in cultural and academic exchange.
One of the highlights of the opening ceremony was the impressive parade of participating university delegations. Among them, the delegation from Hanoi Financial and Banking University demonstrated a strong spirit of professionalism, unity, and international integration. In addition, outstanding artistic performances showcasing the rich cultural identities of Vietnam and Russia left a lasting impression on delegates and students attending the event.
