In a formal and open atmosphere, the Signing Ceremony of the Dual Degree Training Cooperation Agreement between Hanoi Financial and Banking University (FBU) and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation officially took place on the afternoon of April 9, 2026, marking an important milestone in the university’s strategy for internationalization of education.
The ceremony was attended by the leadership boards of both universities, along with representatives from various faculties, departments, and educational experts. During the meeting, both sides discussed and reached agreement on key areas of cooperation in undergraduate education, particularly the dual degree programs in International Business and Business Administration.
